responsibilities:
1. Based on the company's annual business goals and strategic planning, prepare the department's work plan and implementation plan for the next year at the end of each year.

3. At the beginning of each month, provide a written summary of the previous month's work and develop improvement measures for any existing issues.
4. Implement relevant policies, regulations, rules, and systems from superiors, and be responsible for promoting the implementation of the company's quality policy and objectives to the personnel of the testing center.
5. Responsible for the quality management work of the department, ensuring the normal operation of the quality management system, strictly controlling and standardizing the testing process around the company's quality policy, and implementing various rules and regulations.
6. Responsible for training department inspectors on instrument and equipment operation skills, confidentiality knowledge, management systems, etc.
7. Responsible for reviewing the original records of experimental testing work for each project, verifying the authenticity and accuracy of testing methods and data, taking responsibility for the results of testing data, and promptly resolving and reporting the results of relevant technical standards in the execution of various testing work.
8. Responsible for assisting the manager in managing the department's intellectual property protection, risk assessment, and prevention work, ensuring that the department's intellectual property department is not infringed upon or infringed upon.
Responsible for assisting the manager in managing the confidentiality management of the testing center, responsible for confidentiality training and education related matters in the department, maintaining the company's confidentiality guidelines and systems, and supervising personnel in the department.
9. Responsible for the application and selection of new testing instruments and equipment.
10. Master the development direction of testing technology in this field, develop testing techniques, prepare work instructions and operational maintenance standards, comprehensively coordinate and manage the daily experimental testing work in the laboratory, and comprehensively assess the work of inspection and testing personnel in various projects.
11. Responsible for establishing a ledger system for the use and management of laboratory instruments and equipment, organizing and managing the use, maintenance, and upkeep of laboratory equipment by inspectors, conducting regular spot checks, and arranging personnel for self calibration and testing in a timely manner to ensure the accuracy of equipment and instruments.
12. Responsible for the completion of the center's testing work plan and the quality of the testing work, establish and improve the quality management system and quality assurance system, and effectively ensure that all types of testing work can be carried out fairly, scientifically, and accurately.
13. Responsible for completing other temporary tasks assigned by superiors.
requirements:
More than three years of work experience, and more than one year of experience in testing related work. Having a certain understanding of ceramic related performance testing methods, instrument and equipment operation, and personnel management, familiar with national regulations and policies for ceramic material inspection and testing, and possessing high professional ethics.
