  Recently, Comrade Li Yongquan, Chairman of Hengyang Kaixin Special Materials Technology Co., Ltd., was awarded the title of "Leading Talent in Science and Technology Entrepreneurship in Hunan Province in 2023" by the Department of Science and Technology of Hunan Province! The Technology Leading Talent Support Program (referred to as "Top Talents") aims to select a group of academic and technical leaders in key advantageous areas of Hunan Province who can fill the development gap of the province, undertake key core technology and original leading technology research, solve bottleneck problems, and devote themselves to research on the front line of scientific research for key training and support. Divided into two categories: leading talents in technological innovation and leading talents in technological entrepreneurship. In order to cultivate the recommended candidates for the National Talent Plan, priority will be given to selecting provincial science and technology leaders as the recommended targets for the National Innovation Talent Plan. The project underwent a series of procedures including individual application, organizational recommendation, formal review, expert review, on-site inspection, and conference approval.
