Hengshan Science City Silicon Nitride New Material Intelligent Industrial Park Project

  1、 Project Overview
  This project aims to transform towards high-end, green, intelligent, and integrated industries, with innovation as the guide and the construction of a professional industrial park for advanced materials manufacturing as the purpose. It plans to establish an intelligent innovation demonstration park for the new materials industry. The project plans to build intelligent integrated platforms such as ERP system, MES system, WMS system, etc., which will effectively integrate and assist business development and improve business efficiency through processes, management, and informatization. From raw materials to finished products, from production processes to production equipment, a unified and complete technical standard will be established to further achieve advanced technology applications such as production equipment networking, production data visualization, production document informatization, production process transparency, and unmanned production sites. Vertical, modular, and end-to-end integration will be achieved to achieve high-quality, efficient, low consumption, clean, and flexible production. An intelligent industrial park based on industrial big data and "cloud platform" will be established.
  2、 Project construction objectives
  (1) The total investment of the project is 1 billion yuan, covering an area of 178 acres and a building area of 120000 square meters;
  (2) Complete the construction of the "Hengshan Science City Silicon Nitride New Material Intelligent Industrial Park" in 2026;
  (3) After the project is completed and put into operation, the production capacity will reach 1500 tons, with an annual output value of ≥ 1 billion yuan and a per capita GDP of 22 million yuan;
  (4) Build a national level research center and build an international technology enterprise.

  The total planned land area for this project is approximately 118666m (178 acres); The total planned land area for the first phase of this project is 56250.72m, which is 84.25 acres; The total planned construction area is 65160.91m, and the planned capacity area is 76257.36m; The building density is 53.82%, the plot ratio is 1.36, and the green space ratio is 15.8%.
  A research building will be the main science and technology center of the company in the future, covering an area of approximately 1200m, with a total of 9 floors, a height of 34.35m, and a total construction area of approximately 10916m2;
  An office building is the main future office location of the company, covering an area of approximately 1120m, with a total of 9 floors, a height of 34.35m, and a total construction area of approximately 10023m;
  The company cafeteria and large multifunctional conference hall cover an area of approximately 1158m, with a total of 3 floors, a height of 10.75m, and a total construction area of approximately 3176m;
  The company's production workshop covers an area of approximately 17193m, with one floor and a height of 15.65m. The total construction area is approximately 25820m; The production capacity can reach 500 tons/year.
  The production workshop of Jiazhun, a wholly-owned subsidiary, covers an area of approximately 6362 meters, with a total of 2 floors and a height of 11.85 meters. The total construction area is approximately 12827 meters
  The packaging workshop and auxiliary workshop cover an area of approximately 1180m, with a total of 4 floors and a height of 18.75m. The total construction area is approximately 4398m;
